Chris Collins – Lead Vocals and Percussion
He is a founding member of Passenger. He has more than 20 years experience performing as a rock vocalist in Texas venues and elsewhere. He plays Latin Percussion, piano and keyboards. Chris plays exclusively LP congas and percussion. He is a classically trained musician and contributes most of the lyrics on Passengers original songs.
Bear Quisenberry – Guitars and backing vocals
He has been playing rock, blues and country guitar for over 20 years.
He primarily plays various vintage Gibson Les Paul guitars through vintage Fender Super Reverb and Marshall amps. He writes most of the music and some of the lyrics on Passengers original songs. Bear is one of the founding members of Passenger.
Gavin Perry - Bass player
Gavin started playing in 1982 and studied performance and music theory in high school, college and through private lessons. He moved to Texas from New York bringing with him a diverse interest in blues, jazz and rock. A multi-faceted musician, besides being an accomplished bass player, he also has an affinity for lead guitar. As the newest member of Passenger, he enjoys the continuing success of the band.
Steve Apollo - keyboards
Born in Chicago, Steve has been playing piano since age 6 and keyboards in bands since age 10. He has played in multiple genres and settings including Rock, Pop, R&B, Blues, and Jazz (from traditional to fusion styles). He plays piano, organ and synthesizer sounds from a variety of keyboards including Yamaha, Alesis, Roland and Emu. A resident of Fort Worth since 1984 he has played all over the metroplex from small clubs to festivals with the Soulbinders, Tandom2 and most recently Passenger. He most enjoys tight grooves and free-wheeling improvisation which Passenger has in spades.
Brent Romine - Drums
He has been tormenting the neighbors with his drums and various garage bands since the early 70’s. He is now laying the backbeat down for his musical soulmates in Passenger. It never gets played the same way twice, so it’s always fresh.
